Entry points and deadlines
Applications for 2027-28 open in September 2026. Deadlines: Grade 8 on 1 November 2026; Junior and Senior Kindergarten and Grade 6 on 20 November 2026; other grades on 30 November 2026.
Places: up to 26 in Grade 6 and up to 44 in Grade 8.
Testing
Applicants to Grades 8-12 must write the SSAT and submit scores by 27 November 2026. Crofton House hosts a Flex SSAT option for Grade 8 applicants, but testing elsewhere is allowed.
Grade 8 applicants also attend an in-house assessment on 11 January 2027; Grade 6 applicants on 16 January 2027.
