Online VCE maths tutoring
VCE maths is where ATARs are made: Methods scales strongly and Specialist stronger still, but both reward a specific skill, translating worded problems into the CAS-friendly procedures VCAA exams expect. Sessions follow the VCAA study design and past exams.

Common questions
Methods or Specialist: which does my child need?+
Methods is the standard calculus course and a prerequisite for many uni courses; Specialist assumes Methods and goes further. Students aiming at engineering or maths-heavy degrees usually take both, with Methods the non-negotiable one.
How much does the CAS calculator matter?+
Enormously in exams 2 of both courses. Knowing the syntax for solving, graphing and statistics on the approved CAS turns 20-minute questions into 5-minute ones, and calculator fluency is drilled into every session.
